三、 課程購買與退費政策

  1. 價格變動：本站保留隨時調整課程價格、優惠活動之權利。
  2. 退費標準：
    • 本服務提供之線上課程屬「非以有形媒介提供之數位內容」，依《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》，若使用者已觀看超過 20% 課程內容，或已下載專屬教材，即視為已開始履行服務，不適用七日猶豫期，亦不予退費。
    • 未達上述門檻之退費申請，將扣除必要手續費後辦理。

四、 AI 工具與技術風險聲明

  1. AI 內容驗證：AI 生成內容（如 Gemini 建議）可能包含錯誤、偏差或不完整資訊，使用者應自行判斷與驗證。本站對 AI 產生之錯誤不負擔法律責任。
  2. 不保證收益：本站課程旨在技術分享，不保證學習後可獲得特定收入、職位提升或特定商業成果。
  3. 硬體風險：創客實作（如 ESP32、電路實驗）具有一定風險，本站不對因參考資訊造成之設備損壞負責。

五、 責任限制與終止權

  1. 賠償上限：若因契約關係產生賠償責任，其賠償金額上限為該使用者「實際支付予本站之單次課程費用」。本站不對任何間接、附帶、衍生性損害或商機損失負責。
  2. 第三方平台免責：若因金流平台或雲端系統服務中斷造成之損失，本站不負賠償責任。
  3. 帳號終止：若使用者違反本條款（如轉售教材、騷擾他人），本站有權暫停或終止其帳號權限，且不退還已繳費用。

六、 法律管轄

本條款依中華民國法律解釋。如產生爭議，雙方同意以 台灣新竹地方法院 為第一審管轄法院。

3. Course Purchase and Refund Policy

  1. Price Changes: This site reserves the right to adjust course prices and promotional activities at any time.
  2. Refund Standards:
    • The online courses provided by this Service are “digital content not provided in a tangible medium.” According to the “Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission of Communication Transactions,” if a user has viewed more than 20% of the course content or downloaded exclusive teaching materials, the service is deemed to have been fulfilled; the seven-day cooling-off period does not apply, and no refund will be provided.
    • Refund requests that do not reach the above threshold will be processed after deducting necessary administrative fees.

4. AI Tools and Technical Risk Disclaimer

  1. AI Content Verification: AI-generated content (such as Gemini suggestions) may contain errors, biases, or incomplete information. Users should exercise their own judgment and verification. This site assumes no legal liability for errors produced by AI.
  2. No Guarantee of Earnings: Courses on this site are intended for technical sharing. We do not guarantee that learning will lead to specific income, job promotion, or specific commercial outcomes.
  3. Hardware Risks: Maker practical work (such as ESP32 or circuit experiments) carries certain risks. This site is not responsible for equipment damage caused by following the reference information.
